How we got here.
Bates Plumbing & Heating has been a name tradespeople and homeowners could count on since 1974. Now in its third generation of family ownership, the business has always run on a straightforward idea: show up on time, do the job right, and treat every customer like a neighbour.
That reputation took decades to earn. It came from thousands of jobs done honestly, from simple faucet swaps to full mechanical system overhauls, with the same care regardless of the size of the invoice.
Moncton is the next chapter, and New Brunswick has become home. We're here to stay, and we're bringing 50+ years of experience, hard-won standards, and real accountability to this community.

A lot of trades are notorious for not returning calls and missing windows. We built this business on being the exception. When we set a time, we keep it. When something changes, we call you, not the other way around.

We're a small team by design. Small enough to know our customers. Big enough to handle anything you throw at us, including commercial jobs, emergencies, and full system installations.
